Goal of the event:
The goal on this event was to talk with guys with disabilities about international mobility options that are included for people like them, and to encourage them to go abroad and explore new ways of living and cultures.
Short description of the event:
We came to the Campus, where 15 guys with some disability were living together and learning from each other. We presented ESN as an association that could help them in any country they go on a mobility exchange. We also talked about the different options they had to go abroad, including Erasmus+ and European Voluntary Service.
During the event the guys were asked about their thoughts about university life, and about the difficulties they think they could find once they went abroad and had to live in another culture or country.
We think this activity really encouraged them to not be afraid of heading new challenges during their lifes, and also to know that the European Union will do it best to help them to overcome any difficulty.
How did your event go?:
The activity was really nice. The guys that assisted were really keen to know more about university life and mobility, and they didn´t hesitate on asking any doubt they had.
