"Simone is 24 years old and comes from Italy. He holds a binational bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Luiss University (Rome) and Sciences Po Bordeaux, and a Master’s in International Development and Public Policy from NOVA School of Business and Economics (Portugal). During his studies, he also worked as a student assistant at the Economics of Education Knowledge Centre at NOVA SBE. He joined the Erasmus Student Network in 2021 and held roles at the local, national, and international levels, including in the Education Office of ESN Italy and as a Policy Intern at the organisation’s headquarters. As President, he is responsible for the general coordination of the organisation, external relations, policy, and advocacy. His priorities include advancing the internationalisation of higher education by improving access to both learning mobility and full-degree opportunities, and promoting civic engagement through international experiences."

"Tiffany is 24 years old and comes from Belgium. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Communication and Media and a master’s degree in Data Science and AI, during which she had the opportunity to spend a year on exchange in Daegu, South Korea. She joined her first section in Vilnius during her first year before her exchange and after which she transferred to ESN Mechelen in 2023 as Local Representative when she returned from her exchange. From there, she went into ESN Belgium as Training Coordinator, then National Representative. After which she became the ESN Wiki coordinator and a member of the Membership Team, which supported ESN’s National Organisations in their stability. As the Vice President for Governance, Tiffany leads the governance and organisational development of ESN by strengthening internal processes, supporting volunteer management and HR initiatives and ensuring the sustainability of the Network."

"Mada is 25 years old and was born and raised in Brasov, Romania. She moved to Cluj-Napoca for her studies and currently has a BA in International Relations and European Studies, as well as a MA in Project Management and European Affairs, from the Babes-Bolyai University. She has been volunteering with ESN for the past 5 years in the education, youth work and project management areas. As the Vice President for Development, Mada focuses on designing and implementing learning processes and competence development initiatives. She also oversees non-statutory events and manages network care and development. Additionally, Mada works on the recognition and validation of volunteer work."

"Maja is 25 years old and comes from Poland. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and she’s enrolled in a Master’s degree in Environmental Quality Management. She joined ESN in 2022 after her mobility in Portugal, she served as Treasurer of ESN Wroclaw Tech and later also as the Treasurer of ESN Poland, which led her to be a BFC Community Manager of ESN International for a year. As Treasurer, she is responsible for managing the organisation's financial resources and developing and managing ESN's products and services, such as the ESNcard. Her main priority is the development of services and partnerships to better support international students."

"Marta is 25 years old and comes from Poznań, Poland. She has a bachelor's degree in Theatre Studies, and she's enrolled in a master's degree in Sport Management. Her first international experience happened during secondary school, where she discovered Diksmuide, Belgium. Since then, she has jumped at every opportunity to participate in school exchanges, including a university mobility in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Marta joined her local section in 2020, right at the beginning of her journey at the university. She has led communications for initiatives at all ESN levels. A major highlight of her ESN journey was leading Media & Publicity for the Erasmus Generation Meeting. As the Communication Manager, Marta drives the strategic vision for ESN’s communications, safeguards brand identity and represents the voice of the Erasmus Generation. She oversees brand management, shapes internal and external campaigns and manages ESN International's communication tools and social media channels to strengthen the organisation's public profile."

"Marco was born 28 years ago in Treviglio, a small village between Milan and Bergamo. He has a bachelor's in IT Engineering and a Masters in Computer Science and Engineering that he obtained by graduating from Politecnico di Milano with a final dissertation on environmental sustainability of blockchains. After a semester spent in Lisbon, where he participated in an Erasmus+ programme followed by a funded abroad thesis project in cooperation with Instituto Superior Tecnico de Lisboa, he joined ESN in 2021. He was previously Webmaster and then Local Representative of his section for two years, before being the NR of ESN Italy for one and a half years. Before embarking on this adventure as Web Project Administrator, he worked as a Data Engineer in a consultancy company. As WPA, he is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, the design of the digital ecosystem of ESN and all our websites. Recognising the strategic role of digitalisation, Marco is also responsible for pushing the digital transformation of ESN and the Erasmus+ projects. His main goals include a smooth and user-friendly digital experience for mobility and making participation in mobility as easy as the click of a button."

The International Board of Erasmus Student Network consists of six elected board members for a mandate of one year. The board members cover the following positions: President, Vice President for Governance, Vice President for Development, Treasurer, Communication Manager, and Web Project Administrator.
