The library itself has no toilets etc. but as it's entrance is indoor from the main building Z I selected Yes if Z provides it. The library can be used by students and employees 24h including weekend etc. even if it is no opened by registering their student/employee id online. Except there are events in the public hall in front of the library entrance.
