First of all we described ExchangeAbility, how and why the project was created and its goals : awarness, promotion of mobility and mapping.
We ate penne in dark to understand blind people in Ceypark.
Lunch in the Dark: Exchange students "lost their sense of vision" at the entrance to our restaurant. We tied our eyes with black fabrics. We tried to figure out what's around us.
This children are studying specific subclasses of HalilYurtsevenPrimarySchool because of their mentally-physcally handicapped.
Handprint with Mental Retardation Children: We visited children for our ExchangeAbility week. Some of the children were mentally disabled.
We aimed to empathy with people who can't use their hands. At the end of this competition we gave agendas and pens to winners.
Hand-Linked Watercolor: We as ESN CBU, organized a hand-linked water color competition. We aimed at empathy with people who can not use their hands. There were 3 groups.

First of all the international students came to a classroom in the university where the workshop was going to be done.

The activity was carried out in a classroom of the university, where ONCE guests brought their own material. They first introduced and presented their organization (ONCE) and Braille.

Each international student prepared something for dinner and brought it to the event in order to share with other students. We (ESNERS) put them a sleep mask and helped them to take a seat.

We made this event with help from Aspanpal, an organization that works with parents and children with problems related to hearing and language.
