The school offers computers for students in their exams if needed, some of the computers have special software for people who are visually impaired or with reduced mobility.

The school is partner with service and knowledge center for the blind, visually impaired and deaf-blind individuals for material in electronic form for the students.

Before beginning school each semester has freshmen's day in which students are given a presentation on the activities and services of the school. The International office keeps track of the exchange students.

A student with a disability / specific learning difficulties could establish contact with the academic office and his needs of services are evaluated.

The school doesn't have any residence halls. But the International Office helps students to find apartments or hostels they can stay at. Some Hostels are even only with students from Reykjavík University. Regarding students with disabilities the International Office would help them find a place to stay.

There is either the Cafeteria on the 1st floor, or a coffee place on the 1st floor as well in the middle of the building (the SUN) and in the basement there is a large place for people to hang out, play pool, table-tennis or foosball.
