There are two dormitories in which students with disabilities may live. In other residence hall there are elevators.
Services in University:
There is an organization called Stowarzyszenie Studentów i Absolwentów Niepełnosprawnych UŁ. This organization gathers many students with disabilities, and organizeses many interesting events for them, e.g. sightseeing, visiting waterpools, having fun by doing barbecue and so on.
Services in City:
I am not able to enumerate it by names, but there are many non-govermental organizations which are helping people (and students) with disabilities. During three years (in 2010, 2011 and 2012) the city helped to organize and event called "The city of the deaf", which aimed in showing to non-disabled people how living in the silence looks like. There are many similars events like that in Łódź.
