Upon enrollment, students with disabilities have a thorough explanation of their study process at the University, including: registration of courses, class schedule, mid-term, final and make-up exam schedules, academic calendar, student services, activities and events being organized by the University and its supporting bodies (student organizations). Moreover, they have a tour of the University premises with an appointed employee from the administrative staff.

The cafeteria at the University is used as a gathering spot for all students at the University.
