Goal of the event:
ESN Comenius University has decided to organise their successful event from Winter semester 2016/2017. The goal of the project was to understand needs of people who are not able to see anything in theirs life, try to be in their foot.
Short description of the event:
We organise it in small restaurant, right to next to dormitories. Although promotion of this event was in a long period - 2 weeks and there was also needed registration form - final number of erasmus students who came was just 2. We simply started from Main Hall of the Dormitories, bring some scarfs and together try to navigate our Erasmus students to get into restaurant. Then we order meal that Erasmus students do not have read. We decided to order Slovak meal - fried cheese with frenchfries. Event was held in a such quiet atmosphere. At the end of event everybody was full of energy.
How did your event go?:
I think this year the event Dinner In the Dark did not fullfill expectations like from previous semester. Although only two Erasmus students came, I can say, they enjoyed it in a very good mood. In Slovakia the project ExchangeAbility simply slowly implemted, so there is still potential how to make this event better.
