Goal of the event:
This event was organized to aim at raising awareness of encouraging people with disability and empathising with these people.Besidest this, we desire to observe their working atmosphere and motivation during working.
Short description of the event:
Firstly, we received permission for visiting Gökkuşağı Kafe on Friday.After permission, we created an event on Facebook and invited university students.We arranged an appropriate time for everyone to visiting the place.During visiting,we met people with disability working in Gökkuşağı Kafe.We ate something together and we played some games as well.We also talke with them about their personal life and working life.They mentioned their challenges while working, but we saw that they were always happy and they smiley.These things took 3 hours for us.End of the visiting,we had a chance to spend time people with disability working in Gökkuşağı Kafe and support them as well.
How did your event go?:
It was really great experiences for us.All of our participants enjoyed spending time with them.They asked to us arrange next event ASAP.
