Goal of the event:
We got in touch with the center of the Hispalense Association of Equestrian Therapies (located in East Seville) and we talked about the ExchangeAbility project and the possibility of collaborating in some activity with international students.
Short description of the event:
We met with two workers from the center and they picked us up in their cars to take us downtown. Once there, they explained how the center worked and how the therapies with the horses were developed. There were different approaches to the therapies (pedagogical or rehabilitation), and each of them were adapted to each user depending on their disability. The international students could participate in the therapies with the users and, in addition, they could live in first person what it feels to be mounted on a horse with their eyes covered or lying down, for example.

How did your event go?:
It was an activity that had a great reception among international students, although we had to limit the attendance for transport reasons and for the good development of the activity in the center. They enjoyed the experience very much and left wanting to repeat since they are activities that are different from the rest and that make them live an unforgettable experience.
