Goal of the event:
The goal of this event is to raise awareness about disabled people and understand the difficulties they deal with during sport activities. We tried to make empathy with them by playing table tennis without use of hands.
Short description of the event:
We, as ESN Samsun decided to make an event about the disabled people who are active in sport activities. We could make empathy with them and understand the difficulties they deal with. Our event was to play table tennis without using hands. We tied the players' hands behind them. They had to keep their racket in the mouth by biting. And the players tried playing table tennis without using hands. It was a little bit hard for the players, but they used to return and shoot the table tennis ball.
