Goal of the event:
The main goal of this event was to educate Erasmus students about ExchangeAbility project. Also one of the goals was to promote EA, make it close to Erasmus students and raise awareness.
Short description of the event:
ESN Split applied for a grant and one of the events that were included in project was Dinner in the dark since it was not well known in our city. We invited 30 of our Erasmus students for the dinner and all participants didn't have to pay anything for a dinner. Before dinner we organised small education about ExchangeAbility and what it is and then we started to have a dinner with our eyes covered. During the whole dinner eyes were covered and Erasmus students found it very interesting and it was something new for them. At the end they were asking questions how it works in reality and are there students with dissabilities who actually did their Erasmus here in Split.
How did your event go?:
Everything went fine and we were attraction in the beginning of the dinner as the other guests were watching us. Erasmus students were satisfied and happy because they did something new while on Erasmus mobility. For the next time we were thinking to organize same event + we would add some music there and try to dance after the dinner.
