Goal of the event:
Main goal of this event was to raise awareness by having a quiz and having fun. We also wanted our Erasmus students to integrate and get to know each other even better.
Short description of the event:
We all met at our local pub at 7 pm. Our students were divided in international groups of 5-6 people. Each group received an answer sheet and a pen. Then we started our ExchangeAbility quiz. The quiz consisted of seven different rounds. First we had logo quiz, but it wasn't a regular one. All logos were changed in order to show our students how disabled people see them. We changed the colours of them and made them a bit blurry. That's how we could show them everyday difficulties of people with defective vision and colour-blindness. Second round presented famous disabled people. This round's aim was to prove to our students that everyone can succeed. Third was about sport. Our students could find out some really interesting things about Paralympics and disabled sportsmen. In next one they answered some questions about movies. Then some geography and finally a bit of general knowledge about different disabilities.
How did your event go?:
The event was very successful. A lot of people participated and they were really engaged. They did enjoy our ExchangeAbility Quiz and asked for a redo.
