Goal of the event:
The goal of the seminar was to encourage students with disabilities to go abroad with the Erasmus programme by providing to them some useful information about the different programs and scholarships.
Short description of the event:
This seminar was developed in collaboration with Fundation ONCE and the International Relations Office from Unviersitat de Barcelona. The main topics included were: 1. The benefits of taking part in a international mobility programme. 2. Types of programs available in the Erasmus+ 2017 and 2018 programme. 3. How to access a international mobility program and the available scholarships and resources for students with disabilities. 4. What can I get from an Erasmus experience? We also talked about how ESN can help the students during their Erasmus.
Additionally, after the event we organized some activities related to the ExchangeAbility project in which the attendees and many other people participated in.
How did your event go?:
Really well. Many international and local students came and enjoyed the seminar.
