Goal of the event:
Promote the mobility in students who has or has not any disability, through different talks in charge of national representatives of the FONCE foundation and the disability care service. Moreover, knowing the possibilities and advantages mobility involves. FInally, to explain the opportunities and grants disable people can apply.
Short description of the event:
The event consisted of giving some talks related to mobility. First of all, the international relations staff and they told about which is mobility and what possibilities and opportunities it has. Later, the responsable of the disability care service intervened to motivate students with disability to life an experience abroad. Then, the president of ESN Cartagena explained what is ESN and how ESN can help students who are in a mobility program.
Finally, the national representative of the FONCE foundation told how she faced her Erasmus being a disabled person. Moreover, she explained the grants that the program Erasmus +, and FONCE have for disabled people
How did your event go?:
Unfortunately, this talk coincided with a general strike against the actual law of education, so we had low students attendance. Besides, we had to start a bit latter because we suffered some technical problems. Anyway, the people who attended really enjoyed the different interventions and it was quite profitable, since they learnt many things related to mobility and disability.
