Goal of the event:
Our main goal was to organize an ExchangeAbility event when the students can get to know one kind of diability, in this case the developmental disability in an informal way.
Short description of the event:
"I am Sam. A man with a developmental disability and the single father of Lucy, , following their abandonment by her mother, who is revealed to be a homeless woman who "just needed a place to sleep". Despite my limitations, i am well-adjusted and have a supportive group of friends with developmental disabilities, as well as a kind, agoraphobic neighbor Annie who takes care of Lucy when I cannot."
This movie shows how is the life with developmental disability, how the personal environment sees. We can follow their life and understand what is happening in their mind. After the movie we were discussing about the movie, our feeling sin connection with this movie.
