Goal of the event:
Create an international environment collaborating with the university of Novara. Allowing a better integration between erasmus, other incoming and italian students. We also want to integrate new esn member as this was the bigger event of the month.
Short description of the event:
International dinner in the terrace of the residence of the university of Novara. We shared typical dishes and drinks and we ate all together also with the students of the residence before the Easter holiday, with music and fun. It was a great opportunity to meet new people, integrate new ESN members. It was an opportunity also in term of integration with the university and the residence as they have allowed Erasmus cook in the kitchen of the residence. The board and other esn member work very well all together to create the right athmosphere and and conclude the event without any problem. We put also some typical music from different country as reggaeton, hip hop music, italian, russian and arabic music.
How did your event go?:
Our participants were all satisfied of the event and also the university. The board work together at the end of the night to clean the terrace and we concluded with a little party at the park.
